Terms of Service

Service access, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and your responsibilities.

Last updated: 2026-10-18

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of NewSite.cv, operated by LI MULING, an individual operator based in mainland China ("we", "us", or "our"). Our contact address for support, billing, refunds, and privacy requests is [email protected].

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or purchase a subscription.

2. What the service provides

NewSite.cv is an online research service for discovering newly registered websites and researching related keywords. A Pro subscription provides access to the website directory and keyword research features described on our pricing page. Features and coverage are those actually available in the service; a subscription does not guarantee that every website, keyword, or metric will be included.

The service is delivered digitally. We activate paid access after payment has been confirmed. If a successful payment is not reflected in your account, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and provide access or an appropriate refund.

Directory information and research metrics can change, be incomplete, or contain errors. They are provided for research and do not guarantee traffic, revenue, profitability, or a particular business result. Verify information before relying on it. Linked websites are operated by third parties and are not endorsed merely because they appear in the directory.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your email address current. Keep your login credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for use of your account that you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect an account compromise or unauthorized charge.

Do not share or resell account access. If an invitation grants temporary access without a purchase, that invitation alone does not authorize a charge or create an automatically renewing paid subscription.

4. Plans and prices

Pro is available with monthly or annual billing. The pricing page and checkout show the current price, currency, billing interval, and included features. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full annual period in advance. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Changes to a subscription price apply to a future renewal, not retrospectively to a period already paid for. We will give affected subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect, so they can cancel before the new charge. Any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

5. Payment and automatic renewal

By completing checkout for a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan at the price and billing interval disclosed to you, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless canceled before renewal. Any price change is subject to Section 4.

Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout under its applicable payment terms. Payment credentials are handled by that provider and its payment partners; full card numbers and card security codes are not stored on our servers.

We retain the order, payment, and subscription information needed to provide paid access, support billing, and reconcile payments. If a renewal fails, the payment provider may retry the charge under its disclosed payment arrangements, and access may be suspended when the paid period ends. You can review your payment records and subscription status in your account.

6. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel online in Settings → Billing: select the current subscription's cancellation action and confirm. If you cannot access your account or the cancellation action fails, email [email protected], preferably from your registered email address, with your account email and order or subscription reference.

Once cancellation is confirmed, automatic renewal is stopped. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund or a justified suspension ends it earlier. Check the subscription status and end date in Billing. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge; a charge already processed is handled under Section 7.

Cancellation does not itself request a refund, close your account, or delete your personal information. To request account closure or deletion, contact us as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Refund policy

First subscription: you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the first successful payment for your first paid subscription, whether monthly or annual. This guarantee applies to the initial purchase, not subsequent renewal charges.

Other eligible cases: we will refund verified duplicate or incorrect charges. If we cannot provide the access you paid for, we will refund the affected purchase or unused portion, as appropriate. A continuous material service outage attributable to us lasting more than 72 hours qualifies for a proportionate refund for the affected paid period, or an extension if you prefer. Rights to refunds or cancellation under applicable consumer law remain available regardless of these commercial rules.

Outside the first-subscription window and the exceptions above, payments for renewals, used periods, and a change of mind are generally non-refundable. Canceling midway through a paid period does not normally produce a prorated refund. These limits do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies for defective or undelivered services.

To request a refund, email [email protected] or open a support ticket. Include your account email, order or transaction reference, payment date, and reason. Do not send a full card number, card security code, or password. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and submit approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account; we will explain any processing delay.

An approved full refund ends access funded by the refunded subscription and requires its future renewals to be stopped. We will confirm the subscription outcome when handling your request. Partial refunds affect access only as explained in the resolution sent to you.

8. Billing questions and disputes

If you do not recognize a charge, contact [email protected] with the payment reference and date so we can investigate. You may redact unrelated transactions from any screenshot. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising your rights with a bank, payment provider, regulator, or court, and does not extend their dispute deadlines.

9. Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own the service software, design, and original content. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the available features for your own or your organization's research while you have access. It does not transfer ownership of our service or of third-party websites, trademarks, or source material.

You retain your rights in content you submit, such as feedback and support messages. You grant us only the permission needed to receive, store, display, and process it for providing the service and handling your request. You must have the right to submit that content.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • Break applicable laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or commit fraud.
  • Bypass authentication, access restrictions, rate limits, or payment requirements.
  • Attempt to obtain another person's account information or confidential data.
  • Upload malware, send spam, harass others, or disrupt the service.
  • Systematically extract or redistribute the directory, resell access, or create a competing data feed without our written permission.

Where API access is available, use it only within the permissions and limits provided for your account.

11. Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy covers account information, transaction records, support communications, cookies, retention, and privacy requests. It also explains the role of payment providers in processing payment information.

If you have never paid and have no ongoing subscription or pending payment, you can confirm account closure in Settings → Profile. If you have paid before, including refunded payments, request closure by emailing [email protected]. Use the same address for a personal-data export or further deletion requests. We may verify your identity before acting. We handle requests with outstanding subscriptions or refunds together so account closure does not leave a recurring subscription running unnoticed. Records required for legal obligations or unresolved disputes may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the completeness, accuracy, or continuing availability of third-party information. Planned changes that materially reduce paid access will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits arising from reliance on research data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not limit refunds expressly owed under these Terms or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or intentional misconduct.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, a serious security risk, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the problem. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect users or the service.

If we permanently discontinue paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Suspension or termination does not remove mandatory consumer rights, and neither cancellation nor termination is a promise that all records are immediately deleted.

14. Consumer rights and resolving complaints

Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected, including any applicable withdrawal rights. The fact that access is delivered digitally does not by itself waive those rights. Any waiver or early-performance request that legally requires separate express agreement must be obtained separately; accepting these Terms alone is not that waiver.

You can raise complaints at [email protected]. These Terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using a competent court, regulator, or other legally available complaint process.

15. Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. For material changes affecting existing users, we will give at least 14 days' advance notice by email or a prominent service notice, with the effective date and an explanation of the change. Subscription price increases follow the longer notice period in Section 4. If an urgent legal or security requirement prevents advance notice, we will explain the change as soon as reasonably possible.

You can stop using the service and cancel renewal before changes take effect. Where fresh consent is legally required, we will request it. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Contact

You do not need to create or regain access to an account to contact us by email.
